TK Associates has completed a marketing strategy exercise for call recording company Retell as part of a comprehensive marketing push.
We delivered our Kick Start method to clarify Retell’s business strategy and develop a compelling set of messages as the foundation for a new marketing programme.
The Kick Start process centred on a lively workshop with the company’s management team. It also included analysis of the most suitable Internet search terms to shape the development of Retell’s website.
Retell is a telecoms industry specialist with a 30-year heritage. It develops high-end call recording and management systems for banks, hospitals, councils, call centres and other organisations with phone-intensive operations.
