We’ve kicked off a property marketing campaign for The Sussex Exchange – a restaurant, cinema and conference centre in St Leonards-on-Sea that’s just become available to buy or let.
The striking contemporary property spans 9,000 sq ft over two floors and sits in a 1.6-acre site in a scenic countryside setting, with panoramic views over the surrounding ancient woodland.
It was developed by regeneration company Sea Change Sussex to serve the local business community as well as residents as part of the economic development programme for the area. And it was created as an exemplary sustainable building with a biomass boiler, high termal insulation, natural ventilation, shingle roofs to provide a natural habitat, and toilets flushed by rainwater.
This isn’t our first encounter with the property: we handled its original launch back in 2012, arranging for then Secretary of State for Communities Eric Pickles officially to open the facility. Since then, it has operated as a popular restaurant, bar, cinema, conference centre and nightclub.
Our role this time is to support the property’s owner and its agents in putting it back on the market in search for a new company to operate the facility.
We’re creating high-quality collateral and a web presence for the scheme, as well as undertaking media relations and social media activity. And we’ve already had articles published in The Business Magazine, Insider Media, Sussex World and The Argus – with several others pending.
Any enquiries about the property should go to Alex Hobbis of Dyer & Hobbis at ahobbis@dyerandhobbis.com.
