We’re kicking off a new property marketing campaign this week – for High Weald House, a striking, contemporary, energy-efficient office development that’s just been completed.

High Weald House has been created by economic development company Sea Change Sussex as part of a wider programme to create a thriving business and residential extension to Bexhill in East Sussex.

We’re working closely with Sea Change and its commercial property agents, aiming to generate enquiries and secure lettings for the 25,000 sq ft multi-occupier building. One firm – Acuity Professional – has already let a large office on the second floor and moved in today.

Our campaign includes an editorial push – targeting the property, local and regional media – poster adverts on the area’s main rail station platforms, website content, social media promotion and stakeholder relations.

In preparation for the building’s completion, we’ve also created a brochure, site signage and a visual identity – extending to the building’s interior design (example below).

Our new marketing campaign follows our previous work to promote the adjacent Glovers House offices, which achieved full occupancy straight after completion, and the same developer’s Pacific House offices in Eastbourne, which are 80% let.

Designed by award-winning architects AHR and standing on the Bexhill Enterprise Park in an attractive countryside setting, High Weald House spans three floors and suits small, medium and large firms. It’s an energy-efficient building with a light-filled atrium of informal meeting areas to encourage the occupants to collaborate.

Alongside the new offices, we’re marketing sites on the Bexhill Enterprise Park which can accommodate up to 220,000 sq ft of bespoke business premises.
