We have been shortlisted for two awards from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations—for outstanding work in the fields of Corporate Communications and Community Relations.

In total, the Chartered Institute evaluated over 1,000 projects from across the UK.

Amongst these, it assessed our campaign to support a high-profile corporate social responsibility initiative from National Grid plc.

This involved piloting a new Energy Education Centre to inspire young people about science, and to educate the community about the company’s seven-year project to re-cable London for future electricity via vast underground tunnels.

The CIPR judges granted us two shortlist places in recognition of the success of this work in both engaging the community as well as enhancing the corporate reputation of the energy giant.

CIPR CEO, Jane Wilson MCIPR, comments: “The Awards celebrate the best PR and communications campaigns from across the UK. To be shortlisted demonstrates exemplary achievement, impact and value.”

Final results will be announced later this autumn.
