Social investment agency Presentation has hired us to run a six month campaign to deepen its relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Our brief is to provide positioning advice and implement local government, sector and media relations activities for Presentation. The campaign will focus in particular on the organisation’s flagship academic and housing project: Paragon.

Paragon is a £100M mixed-use scheme being created in Brentford, west London, in partnership with Thames Valley University and developer Berkeley First, as part of the wider regeneration of the area.

The innovative development uses the latest modular construction techniques. It will comprise an architecturally-striking, 10,000m2 academic building incorporating retail space, 849 student apartments and 221 key worker homes for rent and shared ownership. The homes will be complete this autumn, with the university building to open in autumn 2007 in time for the academic year.

With Paragon and its many other schemes, Presentation’s activity goes beyond affordable housing to provide a wide range of social support and investment to help revitalise communities.

Presentation plans to double in size over the next five years to become one of the most significant community regeneration agencies in the south east, underpinned by its core values of social justice, honesty and excellence.

TK Associates Director Tariq Khwaja said: “We’re hugely looking forward to working with Presentation to increase awareness of its innovative approach to housing and community regeneration.”

Presentation Communications Manager, Eva Tyler, explained: “Presentation is growing and changing fast. The time is right to bring in expert help to embed understanding of our work among our target audiences. We hired TK Associates because of their first class reputation for handling complex issues and dealing with intricate partner and stakeholder relationships. They also have a reputation for delivering smoothly and effectively.”
