TK Associates is advising CPC – the property project management and business consulting firm – on ways to transform its profile and marketing activity to support its growth ambitions.

CPC Project Services is an expanding, £10 million turnover consultancy based in London, Manchester and Glasgow. It provides specialised services to the transport, local government, health, education and commercial property sectors.

CPC’s clients include Transport for London, the BBC, the Department of Health, the Scottish Government and the Open University.

Its recent client projects span:

  • A £200 million capital programme for Manchester’s Christie Hospital
  • An assignment to save £131 million in London Underground’s station upgrade programme
  • Improving capacity and efficiency at Bank tube station, which processes 80,000 travellers every morning, and
  • Management of the renovation of the Hayward Gallery on London’s South Bank

We are first working with CPC’s board to strengthen the company’s brand profile by clarifying its target market, mission and strengths and developing a set of revitalised marketing messages.

Based on the outcome of this exercise, we will revise CPC’s website and a range of other corporate collateral to tell a more compelling company story.

Further advice on a more proactive marketing and communications programme will follow in the New Year.

Tariq Khwaja, Director at TK Associates, comments: “CPC is a high-energy company with an extremely impressive range of cilent projects. Like many growing companies, it’s been concentrating on delivering these projects and hasn’t been making the most of its successes.

“We’re aiming to introduce a stronger marketing capability and make CPC irresistible to a broader range of clients – as well as the additional consultants it needs to recruit to support its growth.”
