We’re pleased to be running a property marketing campaign for a striking new commercial development scheme in East Sussex.

It’s being built by economic development company Sea Change as part of an urban expansion programme to create a thriving new business and residential community for Bexhill on the English south coast.

Our brief is to work with the client and its agents to market High Weald House – a 25,000 sq ft, contemporary, multi-occupier business centre on the Bexhill Enterprise Park (see artist’s impression above) – to help generate pre-let enquiries. With the steel frame now being erected, the offices will be ready for occupation from spring 2019.

We’re marketing the offices through web content, social media, stakeholder relations and an editorial campaign targeting the property, local and regional press. We’re also creating collateral and site signage.

High Weald House steel frame going up

Our marketing for High Weald House follows our previous work to promote the Glovers House offices on the Bexhill Enterprise Park, which were immediately fully let on completion, and the Pacific House offices in Eastbourne, which are now 80% let.

Designed by award-winning architects AHR, High Weald House will range over three floors and suit small, medium and large firms, with offices available from 600 sq ft up to the total 25,000 sq ft building.  The small and medium offices are available on innovative flexible lease terms where tenants can give three months’ notice at any time.

It will be a low-energy building, making the most of daylight and natural ventilation, and will incorporate a light-filled atrium of informal meeting areas to encourage the occupants to socialise and collaborate.

In addition to these offices, we’re also marketing plots on the Enterprise Park which can accommodate from 2,000 sq ft to over 220,000 sq ft of bespoke business premises.
